Jeremy Hilton is a Navy veteran, Air Force spouse, and 2012 Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year. He resigned his commission from the Navy in 2003 after eight years of service to care for his daughter, who was born with significant medical issues. After her birth, Jeremy assumed a leadership role advocating for families affected by chronic medical conditions and disabilities.

Jeremy is a published author and a highly regarded speaker. He has briefed the Congressional Military Family Caucus, numerous congressional delegations, and a variety of congressional committees. He has also provided guidance to staff in the White House, the U.S. Government Accountability Office, the National Council on Disability, and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Jeremy graduated from the Air Force Academy with a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering. He is completing a master’s degree in legislative affairs at The George Washington University. He lives in Fairfax, Va., with his wife, Air Force Lt. Col. Renae Hilton, and their two children, Kate and Jack.
